2010 Planner?

Has member services sent out the 2010 planner/booklet yet? The most recent I have is 2009.

Supposed to be out in April or May if I recall correctly. It was on the Member website.

2010 Vacation Planner to arrive in March

Disney Vacation Club will begin mailing the 2010 Vacation Planner in late February, and all Members should receive the publication by the end of March.

In the meantime, the 2010 Disney Vacation Club Resorts Point Charts are available here on DVCMember.com, along with other helpful information included in the Vacation Planner.

The 2010 Vacation Planner reflects the new look and feel of Disney Vacation Club Member materials, celebrating the special moments and Member experiences that bring Disney vacations to life.

Really? We got ours sometime in May (we were in Europe so don't know when it arrived). That mail is definitely on a slow boat. Has member services said they've actually mailed them?

Therein lies a story. When people have complained, MS apologises and says they will send another after confirming the address. Some members have then received planners very quickly at $22 postage. Not really sure what is going on. As I have said in an email to them (and a number of members have said on UK boards) it feels like we have been ignored unless we kick up a fuss about it.
