I mentioned in my trip report last month (Yellow Ponchos & Rain, The Soggy Saga. . .) that I had sent a letter to WDW guest relations AND the concierge planning office singing the praises of the hardworking Polynesian concierge team. Well, guess who was published in this week's "The Main Street Diary"! C'est moi. . !

To any CMs who read the boards--our letter is the one with the adorable kids (teen/pre-teen) with Chef Dick on page 1 & 2! BTW, I found the newsletter rather interesting from an HR/business point of view as well as a guest's.

Just had to share.

"The Main Street Diary" is a weekly newsletter published by the resort operations office from the desk of Lee Cockerell, EVP of operations. It is distributed, as I was told, to 55,000+ cast members each week.

Tess, that is really awesome! We are trying the Polynesian Concierge for this first time at the end of August. Can't wait!

That is really kewl. We will be staying at the Poly conceirge Aug 15-19 and alraedy I can tell how awesome the staff is they have emailed me 3x's already. They are awesome.

I could scan the post, but I don't have a web space to link it to and I'm not sure how I would do it otherwise. It's too lengthy to post on the boards--12 pages or otherwise I'd stick it in a regular post. I'm afraid I'm not super tech oriented. :(
