Restaurant Reservations

Hi,

I called Restaurant reservations on Saturday morning & was on hold for over half an hour before giving up. Is it possible to email?

No, it's not possible to e-mail, I'm afraid.

We had some problems with our reservations (mis-spelt names) and managed to get it sorted at the hotel, although we did lose one reservation as the restaurant wouldn't let us in!

You can make reservations at city hall as well - we often go there as soon as we arrive to make them for the trip. We have also asked them to check reservations in the past and give printed confirmation slips
