CRT prepay with DDP question.

I'm sure this has probably been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer. We are doing CRT and are going to be on the DDP. How does the prepay work if you have the DDP? Do they link it to your reservation, do they reimburse you the cost of the meals? How exactly does it work?

I didnt have to pre-pay they just held the reservation on my credit card in case we dont show up. Just tell them you are on the DDP and you will be fine.
