Question in regards to Lurkyloo's photos...

Sorry to ask this, as I am sure you have answered this many times either here or on the Wedding Blog, but your photographer was Root? I thought that only WDW Photogs could take pics inside the parks for the ceremony and bridal shoots? I ask this because we love your photos! We are going to use WDW photographers as we are being married in EPCOT, will do a Bridal shoot & thinking about a "trash the dress" shoot. So who was your photographer? If you used a WDW photog, who was it and if not who might you and/or others suggest? I don't think we really get an option as we are an Escape wedding, but if the ask our preference I'd like to be ready with an answer. Thank you for all your help, across the board!!!!!

We were married before Disney began prohibiting the use of non-Disney photographers inside the parks. We used Root Photography. If you have your heart set on them or any other non-Disney photographer, you might consider doing a "just married" or trash the dress shoot with them outside the parks - like at the Disney resorts or in downtown Celebration.

For example, last Christmas we did a shoot with them at Bay Lake Tower that ended up turning into a "trash the dress" shoot! :teeth:

Thanks for the information. I have to say, you two take great photos! From what I have seen lately, DPS has been doing a very good job this past year. I figure I'll just print off some copies of different photo types we like to give the photographer an idea of the style we would like. I hope to be able to come up with some cool ideas for the trach the dress. I have to run, and I cannot thank you enough! You are a huge help!!!!!
