Fed up after a long and bad day at work. Sorry to vent, but I really must!! Woke up today with wisdom tooth trouble, possible abscess (started antibiotics just tonight). It just got worse: The Consultant on my ward round was downright rude to me about tasks that I had no control over - but they were apparently my fault anyway   - and to top it off, he did this in front of staff I don't even like or get on with (made me feel as small as a crumb).

The thought of tomorrow is killing me... oh please let it be over.

On the upside, I'm all booked up for Disneyland Resort CA in October - you can cheer me up by telling me all the really great things about it and the Disneyland Hotel (which I'm staying in!). Oh, can't wait (must make sure I can get the time off work - nothing like doing things backwards!!!)

John:bounce:

I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel almost 10 years ago exactly (I was 11). :) It was my first trip to any Disney park. What a thrill! The resort was awesome, I still remember my first ride over to Disneyland in the Monorail and the look of "amazement" on my face. As for the resort, even 10 years later I still remember the nice pools, and Goofy's Kitchen restaurant, and the room with the balcony (that at that time overlooked a nightly light and water show, don't know if that still exists) and the ponds with the koi fish that they let the kids feed daily, and the lush grounds. (And the frisbee that I bought at the little store ;) ). We stayed on the second floor of the Bonita Building (I think that's what it was called at least, something close to that). Sorry I don't have any vivid details, but that's not a bad set of random rememberances from a trip when I was 11! :teeth: I do remember that it was an absolutely awesome, amazing, wonderful, fantastic, magical trip! :earsboy: I'm sure you're going to have a great time!

Sorry you didn't have a great day at work today... hope tomorrow is better. Just keep dreaming of your upcoming trip. :)

You will love it, John, Disneyland is Walt's park. Hope your day went a little better later on and that tomorrow is wonderful. :sunny:
