With my DD's operation anytime in the next few months, I was worried about taking her out of the country for our summer trip to DLP, so have had to re-adjust my plans.
As it stands, I was going in July for a week, but have currently re-thought it through with the family. My DD is desparate to go to Alton Towers and go on the "Willy Wonka ride", and after talking it over with Dad, we have decided to forgo our trip and stay in the country. We're now going to stay in the travelodge near AT for a few days in August, and also go to Birmingham so visit Cadbury's World (as she is totally wanting to go "inside a factory and eat all the goods").
So in conclusion, I have decided that rather than an A.P holder, a shareholder I shall be! It'll give me discount in my favourite shop, access to deals *cough* AND it'll last me longer!
What Dad Dad doesn't know is that, I STILL have plans for DLP, as I can't NOT go! So I will be re-arranging my train and hopefully taking a three day quick trip, all being that DD will be completely healed by then. And of course, I'm going in November so that little knock knock knock will be heard from ME!!! How exciting!!
So yet again it's all change ( if there was an Olympic sport on this I'd take GOLD!) but for the better I feel. I'm a Merlin A.P holder so I see this as being able to get the most from everything in existance :lmao:
