Just wondering if anyone has stayed at HH Christmas week and what types of activities there are for our DD14 and DS9. I am pretty certain that any type of water activity is out of the question, but what about a dolphin sighting exursion? Nature walks?
Is the resort decorated for Christmas?
Thanks for any help or advice. I am such a compulsive planner that the total lack of time-specific information may drive me nuts!
:p Of course, DH likely thinks that any information I CAN work with will drive HIM nuts!!!;)

Our first visit to Hilton Head was during Xmas week and we had a ball! There were many activities planned (I called the resort and had them fax me the activities list - sorry I don't have the phone number handy but you may want to give them a call).
There were people in the resort pool which I understand is heated so that shouldn't be a problem. From what I remember you can rent bikes, fish, eat (great restaurants in the area), play endless games of pool at Big Murgy's Den and I believe there was a nightly campfire. I know there were other activities but my memory fails me now. We're headed back over Thanksgiving week and this time I'm bringing a companion for my son because most kids seemed to be "paired off" already and except for a few games of pool, he really didn't seem to hang out with other teens like I thought he would. If I am not mistaken, I think they may even have a teen night out but we may have missed it. I know your kids will have a good time!

Thanks, Lisa!!!
How awesome!! Guess I should have known that nothing at Disney is ever completely "off-season"!
We hope to be there for Thanksgiving, so maybe I could interrogate, um, um . . . . I mean "ASK" a CM about Christmas at Disney's HH!
