The picture is a bit fuzzy but is that "cielo" I see at the end? That is the Italian word for sky or Heaven. So my guess is Italy?? ;)

Yup, it's by the entrance to POTC. It's on the wall to the left as you walk up to the POTC entrance from the Adventureland side. :)
