Can you book this if you are a DVC Member staying on points?

From what I understand, DVC members are not able to book the Premium or Platinum Package Plans, although they can book the Disney Dining plans (which are a different program). You might check with Member Services to make sure. I think to get those, you have to book a package reservation.
