Iron On HELP

I am making my sister a shirt for her birthday that says I'd rather be 40 than pregnant. Problem is I do not know how to flip the text in Word so I can print it on a transfer.

Does anyone know how to flip text in Word? I have done it before but it wasn't it Word 07.

Please Help her birthday is tomorrow!
