Hi, we are visiting the world for the first (and possibly only) time at Christmas, and I really would like to fit in a sleigh ride around Fort Wilderness to see everyones decorations!!:thumbsup2

I am trying to fit it in with dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe and the campfire with Chip n Dale ( I am a huge dale fan but in 30+ years have never been to the campfire)

I am new to WL and FW so don't really understand how close they are, plus I have read that the campfire is at 7pm but don't know if that is all year round? or indeed whether the sleigh ride drops off near the campfire?:confused3 - so I was wondering whether I could run my plan past you guys to see whether it can work (pls keep in mind I will be bringing my 2 small boys with me who will be 3 and 6 - so we won't be moving at top speed!!:goodvibes)

Dinner at WCC - 5pm
Sleigh Ride - 6.30pm
Campfire - 7pm

Is this doable - or am I way off with my timings??

Many thanks for any info!:thumbsup2

I don't think that will work. You're probably going to want to be at the campfire singalong by 630. We were there in December and I believe that's when the singalong started. You'll really want to be there for that, it's big fun. That will also give you time to roast a marshmellow.
If I were you, I'd see if you can do the sleigh ride after the camp fire. If you're not planning on staying for the movie, the chip n dale portion and singalong will be over by 730.

ETA - you can probably still do WCC at 5, though.

thanks indimom3!! - I hadn't thought of doing the sleigh ride afterwards - thats a great idea, as even if the boys are tired they could just sit and relax:cloud9:.

We will go with that plan - many thanks:thumbsup2

'bump' is now my little boy Lucas, who was still in my tummy when I joined the Dis and who is now a very lively 2 and a half year old, who is very much looking forward to his second trip to WDW!!:goodvibes
