So if you were a big ol' scaredy cat like me  which of the coasters would you be doing? I'm determined to at least try one adult ride on this trip; last time was some kind of spinny thing as a teenager. I don't think I'd like upside down ones very much, but you never know!

Big Thunder Mountain is the least extreme coaster :)

What is the wuss level of the Crush Coaster compared to Thunder Mountain?

Its too high on my wuss-amometer to even attempt Crush Coaster :rotfl2:. My DD went on (she is a slightly lower-level wuss than I am) - she hated it, and she says she's never going on it again.

I would definately try BTMRR. Crush can seem fast and spins a lot in the dark section, RnRC has a really fast launch, is in the dark and has loops, Space Mountain whilst not launching as quickly as RnRC also is dark and has loops and is quite bumpy if you get a dodgy car! Indy is also very, very bumpy. I personally love them all and actually find them all tame. But I love my rollercoasters!

BTM and Indianna Jones I love both of these ( IJ does do have 360 turn) but I've done all the coasters and no way will you get me back on Crush, Space Mountain or Rock n Roller.

I loveee Crush's Coaster - There are a few scary parts - but the screams are worth all the cool Nemo stuff you get to see in the ride!

The only one I won't go on again is SM as it is far to bumpy and roller coasters etc don't usually bother me!!!

Casey Jr and Big Thunder Mountain are the only coasters DW will ride.

Space Mountain II is a very rought ride, and she did not like Crushers coaster.
I haved yet to get her to try Indiana Jones or Rock 'n' Roller.

Big Thunder Mountain is fantastic. Love it, could ride it all day if they would let me. You can even take your hands of the bar. OOOOhhh.

As I get older I get more wussy and will not go on Space Mountain for anything, too much head knocking.

Rock n roller coaster is a smooth ride but the dark might put you off. I remember the first time I ever went to Disney I had to use the chicken run on that ride. Been on it lots since though.

Have a great time. Take the plunge.

LMAO, me too!! The CM even clucked at me!!! DH had to go on on his own as he is coaster mad + he'd done it in Florida anyway!! I was practically in tears when he got off because I really wanted to go on but I'm a massive coaster wuss!!! We left kept walking away and back to it and I eventually went on!! Kept my eyes tight shut the whole time and probably deafened half of the park!! I am so glad to be going with a 1 year old and a 2 year old this time so perfect excuse to let him do all the scaries alone!!

Agree BTM is great for wusses though we skipped it last time but only because it was the only one with a 40 minute queue. I did SM when it was the original one but again didn't open my eyes all that much!!

Confession time - I had tears in my eyes when I came off Orbitron...I thought I was going to fall out and apparently the video is priceless! I can do the big coasters no problem, have been riding them since a wee toddler but Orbitron? Um, NO WAY EVER AGAIN! My 5 year old though thinks it's the funniest thing ever and loves it! :scared1:

I freaked out on it too, I was screaming that I was going to fall out. I hated it. DD thought it was funny though:confused3 I also hate goofys barnstorm at MK a kiddie coaster which DD also finds funny.

It is a dumbo type ride with space ships however you sit in it like a toboggan type ride with the person in front between your legs. When it is in the air the way it tilts makes me feel like I am slipping out.

If you search Youtube you should find a clip of it.

I've always found there is such a long queue for this ride as well. Only done it once but didn't like it too much. I felt we were going to hit the ground all the time. Yes there are plenty of benches to sit in Discoveryland. I find I sit quite a lot there as DH and DS on Space Mountain.:rotfl:

I was telling my teenage cousin about this thread yest and it started us talking about the diffrent rides we luv/hate and what were going to do when we go back in july anyway we both said never are we doing orbitron ever again because of the spinning and the feeling we were slipping out, its horrible what made it worse was we qued for 20min and there was some english lady behind us and we ended up getting her entire medical history and why she can never do SM :rotfl2:

Im terrifeid of hights but i really want to try TOT in july just so i can buy the tshirt "I survived TOT". My cousin want to try indiana jones for the first time i said nooo way!! he reminded me i did it 5yrs ago i had totally 4gotten i had:confused3 Wont be doing it again though.
