I received a pin for 30% off moderate and 40% of deluxe. I am going in September. Do I use the pin or wait for Free Dining (if they will even offer it)? And if I use the pin, do I stay at CSR or PR? Is garden view/lagoon view worth the extra $$ at the PR?

You'll have to work the numbers both ways to see which one is more beneficial for you. If there are only 2 of you staying and you stay deluxe, it tends to be cheaper to get the % off pins. If you have several children, like to eat out a lot and don't stay deluxe, it's usually cheaper to get the free dining. As for which resort... it's a matter of personal preference. I would stay at PR if it was feasable with the budget. It's just beautiful!

I've found, that to 30 or 40% off is a better deal, but its just DH and me. Definetly do the math out, and see. Plus, you could always book the offer with the pin and then if free dining comes out, cancel the old offer and book the new one.

I rec'd the pin as well and was on the fence about what to do. I then starting working with the numbers and did a package where it was just the hotel and tickets (which is what it would be with free dining). I also calculated what the package would be with 40% off (since we stay at WL).

For us myself, dh and dd (who will be 6) it was a 330.00 saving doing the 40% off than free dining (if offered). We are staying at WL for 8 nights with ph option.

I hope that helped.

I am staying 6 nights at ASMo. I had the 20/30/40 pin code as well. I went ahead and booked with the DDP. I went and reworked the numbers and if free dining comes out and they offer it to those in a value it will be a better deal for me to use the rack rate and get free dining. We are also spending 2 days at the CR with MK view. I used the 40% off rate with that one. This is a seperate ressie, so it will not be affected if I change around.

I would go ahead and book and wait to see if the free dining is offered. And if they numbers work with free dining being better then just change your ressie. If it is before the 45 days I do not believe there will be any additional charges for changing your current ressie.
