Using Snack credits for meals?

We like to use snack credits for b-fast and some lunches while on the deluxe dining plan. However, we have never stayed in the Boardwalk area, so I need your help. What are some good snack credit items in the Boardwalk area and Epcot that can be meals? For example, are there any sandwiches or waffles, etc?

We stayed at the Boardwalk last year and breakfast was our only complaint, which it seems like you've figured out. There is a small bakery in the Boardwalk restort and a bakery on the boardwalk, but other than that no real place to good a decent breakfast.

As pointed out, most items are considered snacks for the Dining Plan.
