We want to use our evening/dinner vouchers at lunchtime, we have heard conflicting stories about using lunch vouchers at evening meals, we want to use them at face value..

from people who have come back having used them i have heard this is possible. you can use them at face value in buffet or table service restaurants but not at face value in counter servies. there you have to have the set meal.

Yes, you can. No problem. We are just back a week and we interchanged the vouchers with no problem.

I had read here (or been told - cannot remember) that if you swop the vouchers around, you can only use them at face value at one per person. So, when I went with my DD for the princess lunch at the Auberge de Cendrillon, I assumed I could only use two vouchers (one per person). As it was, I actually used dinner vouchers (for a lunch). Our waitress said that we could use as many vouchers as we wanted so we actually used 3 dinner vouchers (2 adults and one child iirc) and just made up the difference! I had left the remainder of the vouchers with DH or I would have added in a couple more.

Unfortunately, we all had a bit of a tummy bug when we were there so had the vouchers to spare!
