I Know some of you have made charts that show how long approx it would take to break even buying dvc vs paying cash for your rooms if someone could give me a copy of these that would be great!!!

If you really want the numbers to be meaningful in any way, you'll have to create something custom to your situation. There are just too many variables.
Are you buying direct or resale? Regardless of which, the cost will vary wildly.
Are you paying cash or financing? If financing, for how long and at what rate? A 10-year loan with a high interest rate can add years to any breakeven calculation.
How do you plan to use the points? Where will you stay? What size villa? What view, season, days of the week?
In terms of the cash comparison, what level of discounting will you assume? It really isn't fair to compare to full rack rates since there's almost always SOME discount offered. But those discounts vary greatly from 10% off rack to 45% off. Other times it's "free dining" or 7 nights for the cost of 4.

I KNow a few people on here has done some and posted them up before but i cant find what they are called or where they are they were personal ones for themselves but i found them a great help when i was looking before
