I have to say it Horizon Health Insurance reeks. I mean pre-exsiting means if you walked into a doctors office then there was a pre-exisiting condition. Both Andrea and I visited a Chiropractor and our claims were denied based on pre-exisiting conditions. Hey I have been to the Chriropractor for other reasons but lower back is new(new in the last 10 years and 5 different insurance companies.) My wife has never been to one for any reason and she was denied.

Now they are too busy to talk to me; oh I dont think so

They really tick me off. I called to find a Pediatric Dentist for my son when he broke his tooth. They gave me the name of one. The name they gave me was not on "my" Horizon plan. Morons.
