Not sure if this is the right board - but my Sam's Club is selling 4 different Disney porcelain princess dolls for $17.98 - Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, and Snow White. They are in the Christmas toy section, and are very pretty. (Yes - Sam's is already putting out the Christmas stuff!)

I've seen one-day trial memberships, and you usually pay a 5% "upcharge." Cheaper to ask a friend with a Sam's membership to buy it for you.

Just checked at my Sam's and they only had about 15 left. The display looked like it had been hit by a tornado. Only 1 Snow White and 2 Cinderella dolls left. Everything else was Belle and Aurora.

I bought Snow White several weeks ago to put away for my dd. It says they are for ages 8 and up (probably because they are porcelain and can break) but I probably won't wait that long to give it to her (she's only 2.5 now so I will have to wait some...).

Snow White is my favorite of the dolls - her costume is just beautiful and I felt like they captured the true "face" of the Disney character. The others are lovely also - all nicely done and high quality especially for the price.

Each doll also comes with a little hinged box (probably porcelain too but I didn't open the box to verify this) that goes along with the character. Example: Cinderella's is a little blue box with a glass slipper on top. It is a cute little extra toy.

I would suggest looking at this soon if you think you'd like one - they are selling fast. They are just such a great deal!!

I used to collect porcelain dolls. However, 4 are collecting dust on a shelf, and the rest are in boxes in a closet. But the Disney dolls are so pretty and at such a reasonable price - so I just might go back to Sam's and buy one of each for me! :D

I just returned from my local Sam's and they only had Belle and Aurora left. I had my daughter with that I want to buy them for so I guess I will be going back soon. I wish they had a Snow White left because then she would have them all.

Thank you so much for posting about the dolls. I went right out to Sams Club after work and they had all four dolls. I got my DD Snow White and Cinderella for Christmas. I would have never known about these since we only go to Sams club about once a month. I really, really appreicate you posting. The dolls are beautiful at a great price.:earsgirl: :earsgirl:

Glad to be of service. :D After posting about the dolls the last time, I went back to Sam's this afternoon. At one time I had all 4 dolls in my shopping cart...then decided that they would probably sit in my closet like my other dolls. So - I put them back, and I'm sure some little girl will appreciate them a lot more than I ever would.

Are these the same porcelain dolls that they had at the Disney Store several months back?

If you are talking about the ones they had as a promotion...spend x amount and get one for free or something like that...then no. These are MUCH nicer!!! Beautiful dresses and details. I really can't believe they are only $17.00.

Sounds like the ones at the Disney Store this past spring! They had Jasmine, Snow White, Cinderella and Belle.
