Well, I think I missed my calling. I should be a DVC rep. I have talked to 2 people in the last couple of weeks about DVC Membership. I find myself just gushing with enthusiasm as I tell them all about the perks.
Are there any incentive programs going on now? I was telling them that the Beach Club villas just opened but I said I would let them know if there were any incentives to buy now. Thanks in advance for any input you may be able to give me.

I believe that, depending if your state allows it, for the first referral you get $250 disney dollars. I just read that the other day on this board. Make sure that you call and refer the people. If they contact DVC themselve you won't see a thing.

I think by incentive you were referring to for those who are buying. I believe the price is $80 and the incentive at BCV is $5 Magical Beginnings. Hopefully someone will correct that if it is wrong.
