Getting Nervous about my Birth Certificate

I ordered it through vital check on the 8h of July and I haven't gotten it yet :confused: - I only have 23 days to go!!!!! For those of you that have used vital check - has it ever taken this LONG????

My husband has his original B.C. that is not in great shape (it's 42 years old), but it does have a raised seal. Should we maybe order another one just to be sure? What is Vital check? Is it something on the internet?

For a reasonable fee, this company will do the legwork for you for 49 states (they don't do Louisiana) plus British Columbia.

Well, I called Vital Check and they said they mailed in on the 11th - guess what - it never got here... Now I am really stressing!!!!!!

*** UPDATE ***

Spoke to the nicest customer service rep - explained my situation and she is going to Fed Ex it to me at THEIR cost - how nice is that...???
