I was just on www.wdwinfo.com and was looking at the menu for this character breakfast and then noticed it said it was not covered under the ddp. Is this true?

The Ohana character breakfast is covered under the ddp - it has been in the past and is listed on the Disney Dining Plan brochure for 2010 as participating in the ddp.

Yes, it is on DDP. It always has been.

It might be listed under "Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch" on some brochure though.
