Room Reports

I am a new BCV owner. I have seen on the site references to room reports. Where do I find these room reports?

You can find the room reports on the DIS home page. Scroll down, under the heading of "Vacation Club" on the left side of the screen, you will see the "Room Reposts" link.

I have tried to enter a room report on numerous occassions and I cannot enter one. When I click on the link to add a room report it comes back with a page not found message.... Has anyone else been able to enter a room report recently?
