Has anyone used a magician in a DFT wedding, are there restrictions on bringing an outside entertainer in? Any recommendations? :wizard:

hmmm I haven't heard of this being done. If it's allowed, I'm sure the magician would have to count as one of your guests if you're doing an Escape wedding.

You are required to use Disney entertainers at events that are held inside the parks and at outdoor resort locations. Magicians start at $750.
However, if your event is indoors at a resort, you could hire your own. :thumbsup2

Hmmm... well they say you can't have a guest be a *musician* at your wedding, so I s'pose it's the same for magicians :teeth: (and other entertainers). But I say check with your planner - it may not be that big a deal. :thumbsup2

LOL! I wish I did have a friend that was a magician, it would be brilliant!
It will be an escape wedding but we were thinking about hiring the Grand 1 and maybe having the magician just before and then bringing them on board to mingle and entertain guests before the fireworks start.
Has anyone used a Disney magician? What were they like?

I was only asking because my partner is a professional magician, so if/when we get married, many of our guests will be professional magician friends.
