What is being built on Bonnet Creek parkway across from Port Orleans?

When we were at WDW in Dec and Jan we noticed some construction work going on across from the Port Orleans. There were no signs up to indicate what it is going to be.

Anyone know?

According to Screamscape, a dog kennel, possibly with some high end grooming services.

It is supposed to be the new Best Friends Pet Kennel (they run all the park kennels), but it is behind schedule.

Don't forget they take care of cats too.
My buddy, as seen on the left, has stayed at the T&TC and Ft wilderness kennels. This new one is a step up, tho.

It is going to be better than the regular kennel though. It is more of a "pet spa" where your furry friends can be pampered while you enjoy your vacation.
