IOA/US in 1 1/2 days?

Thinking about doing IOA/US and staying at the HRH on a Thursday and Friday first week of November. (Doing WDW 5 prior days) Have to leave parks by 2:30 on Friday at the latest to catch plane to go home. Since we will have FOTL privledges, is 1 1/2 days enough. Will this be commando style to do both parks? It will be DH, myself, DD-12 & DS-10. My kids are certainly use to commando style, but I hate to end a weeks vacation rushing like crazy!! Ooppsss. . . I meant to say we will be staying at the HRH Thursday night only.

It will be enough time, especially with FOTL.
Get to the gate by 8:30am so you're first thru. You can take a lap around IOA by 11am. Head over to Universal in the afternoon.
Next day, take another lap around IOA, then check out and leave for the airport.
