Greetings,
I am delighted and excited to have just joined with points at BCV and WCV. However, for our first stay, we are at BWV in 2 studios.
Does anyone have a layout of resorts, showing where the room types are?
Can anyone recommend specific studios for their views?
Thanks muchly,
Arabella:earsgirl: :D

Studios are located throughout the resort. Standard view, if that is what you have, overlook front entrance, road leading to front entrance and tennis courts (those tennis court views can also see MGM); no really bad views there but many higher floor rooms can see fireworks from Epcot. Preferred views include views of quiet pool, main pool, canal leading to MGM and lake/boardwalk. None are bad but the boardwalk is the best preferred view as you can see Epcot and fireworks from Illuminations; however, boardwalk is difficult to get as it is less than 15% of the rooms. If you are making a request, request area like "boardwalk view" and not specific room numbers.
Also, you say you bought at WCV--I assume you mean Wilderness Lodge Villas whose letters are VWL; otherwise I don't know what you mean by WCV.

Welcome to the Dis Boards.:D
Since your home resort isn't BWV, I am assuming you are in a preferred view room. One important thing I would do, is request that the studios are near each other. The BWVs are big and you could end up with the rooms far away from each other. Also as drusba has said, think about the view you would like instead of a specific room. Boardwalk, pool, etc... Also do you want smoking or non-smoking and room on an upper or lower floor. Request those things instead of a specific room.
