I hope I am not breaking any rules here. If I am, kindly accept my apologies and let me know. I have a request. My family's favorite movie is Lilo and Stitch and we are staying at the poly in May. Yay! Anyway, I really really want a Lilo dress for my DD age 2.5. I have scoured the net and the only thing I could find was one on Etsy for 116bucks. That's not really in my price range, so, I'm putting out a request to all of you talented seamstresses: anyone willing to make me a dress like this? I can pay - just not to the tune of $116. I would be most grateful. Again, if I am doing something wrong here, I apologize. Please don't flame me if this is the case. Just let me know. Thanks a bunch!

I just made one for my 18 month old daughter. I used a white onsie then I sewed the red and white fabric around the waist so it looks like a dress. For the pants I used jeans and sewed white ribbon and the fabric around the cuff of the pants. I ironed on the ohana invite to the shirt and ironed a lilo and stich on the pants. I would post a pic but I dont know how. You might have better luck with your question on the creative board they sew.

You can not post pictures directly to a post. Here is what you can do to show off your great outfit and other items that you make:

• Get a free photobucket account at www.photobucket.com.
• Then upload your pictures to there.
• Once they are uploaded click on the "share" button just above the picture.
• Then click on the "get link code" button.
• Finally, click once on the IMG code then righT click to copy and paste it into this thread.
• Then your pictures will show up when you want to post them.

Ok these are a few that me and my friend made. Neither of us sew that well but anyway here they are.
Im not sure who made the disigns. I know they all came from the wonderful disigners on here. The bows on the outfits are for her hair I didnt want to lose them.

Im glad you like it.
A onsie would be too small for your DD but a short sleeve shirt works just as well.
You can look for disigns in the disigners 4 share file to find amazing creations. I found alot of lilo and stitch.
Leave room on top of shirt if your going to use an iron on. You can have someone do a name fill with your DD name with lilo and stich, or maybe a name fill with the red and white flower. The disigners on here are wonderful!!If doing an iron on make sure you do the iron on first.
Good luck. Please post a pic when your finished making it.
