We are from the UK and are stopping at POR. can anyone give us a good room number in MAGNOLIA TERRACE, So that I can request room 2 weeks prior to arrival, Plus will the american spring breaks be over by these dates

Yes spring break will be going on during your dates as well as Easter April 4th

Sorry, I cannot suggest a good room.... I can unfortunately confirm that you are right in the middle of the US Spring Break Season.... I'm sure you will do fine with lots of planning and the DIS on your side.... good luck!
