Corey is creeped out by square hamburgers?! How funny- we have a family in-joke about them:

Back in the very early 70's, when my brother was a kid, he was an extremely picky eater. Pretty much all he'd eat were hamburgers, mac 'n cheese, and a few other foods. My mom wasn't thrilled, but with a 8-9 year old kid, what are you gonna do? She tried to accommodate him as much as her patience would allow.

We weren't well off at all back then, and Mom was always looking for ways to economize. She found pre-formed hamburger patties at the grocery store, and thought they would do well for those evenings when she had to make DB a hamburger for dinner. Well, the patties were- GASP- square.

The first time she made one of these burgers for DB, he absolutely refused to even try it. He told her he wasn't trying one of those "weird square hamburgers". No matter how she cajoled, threatened, or reasoned with him, he wasn't having it. She finally ended up throwing the box of patties away and giving DB a spanking.

To this day, whenever someone in our family is afraid to try a new food or experience, we all say "It's a square hamburger!!"

Oh, I'd love me a Baconator. But I abandoned Wendy's when they switched oils or something for their fries. They used to have the best fries, now they are he worst.

I used to avoid McDs like the plague, but I'm liking their double-quarter-pounder now.

Fortunately Fuddruckers is a bit of a haul, as is Five Guys - although the latter is starting to pop up around here.

Oooh yeah Five Guys, having heard about it on the podcast I had to make a trip there when in NYC last summer!

We don't get any of the good fast food over here in the UK - McD's, Burger King and KFC are pretty much all we have, they even took away our Redneck juice, I mean, Mountain Dew :(
