Okay this is just not good!! Chiropractor...Coincedence? But I HURT!

Okay as some of you know I've been going to the chiropractor for over a month now and he has really been making me feel better. He has completly fixed my TMJ problem and also adjusting my back and neck which feel wonderful. So, we went to Jackson yesterday and I turn around to talk to my grandmother and something in my upper right shoulder blade pulls....I made no sudden movement just regular and now it hurts like heck. I couldn't sleep, I can't move that side of my upper body...its even down my arm.

So is this some funny coincedence? I don't know....I just know it hurts and I wish it would stop!

call them and let them know you are in pain. In the meantime warm compresses or a hot water bottle should help some but do not use a heating pad

Your body is making its own adjustments to the chiropracters adjustments....this is what happens to me. I once had to go for 3 months straight, till I got 100%. Feel Better.;)
