I currently have the Key West room for my reception but I really wanted to Whitehall room and unfortunately it's not available on my date. So wondering what other options are there? I really want a piano and It doesn't look like the Key West room can fit one in there comfortably. :sad2: please post pictures too if you have them. :thumbsup2

Are you considering places besides the Grand Floridian? Because The St. James Room at the BoardWalk is a popular option and has a patio.

I would much rather stay in Grand Floridian. Do you know if the Palm beach room is actually available for receptions? How would I go about getting to the St. James room from wedding pavillion? :goodvibes

I'd imagine any room in the convention center is up for grabs as long as it hasn't already been booked by a convention - only your Wedding Consultant can tell you for sure, though. :thumbsup2

If you're doing an Escape wedding, you can use the included limo to take guests (in multiple trips) from the Pavilion to BoardWalk Inn and the St. James Room. If you're doing a Wishes wedding, the easiest thing would be to hire a van/limos/a minibus (depending on group size) to take people there. Otherwise, they could take the monorail to the TTC and then grab a bus to the BoardWalk, but it's kind of a hassle and could take up to an hour.

What about Citrico's? I'd recommend Narcoossee's (where we had ours), but I know they can't get a piano in there.
