health club at CSR

hi,
it's time to start planning my trip in may/03! i'm hoping to stay at csr again, dd and i really enjoyed it in april. this trip i want to slow down just a little and relax at least for a few hours. :) i'm thinking of having a massage at the health club a t csr, does anyone know how much it costs and whether i need to make a reservation before i go or if it's easy enough to get one once i'm there?
