I've been checking out the WPE menu and would like to possibly eat breakfast there. But the 2010 brochure lists it as quick service Lunch or Dinner. The menu includes breakfast online. I'm wondering if WPE does breakfast for the Dining Plan? If not, I may have to pay OOP. I REALLY want the goat cheese omelet!!!!

Yes, we went to WPE for breakfast while we were on QSDP in October. Very nice place, real plates and silverware! They even bring your food out to you, just be prepared to tip. HTH

Had breakfast last Sunday there and their spinach omelette and potatoes were terrific as was the breakfast pizza and Belgium waffles.

Just be aware that like everything else at WPE the portions are HUGE! Last time we had breakfast there (a couple of years ago), we could've definitely shared plates. :thumbsup2

There was a thread last week that the menu has changed as of a couple days ago, FYI.

I don't tip there. Counter-service restaurants like WPE (where you order at a counter and a server brings the food) are *really* common here in Albuquerque, and no one here ever tips at them.

I too was going to mention that the menu changed as of 2/10. I hope they get the new menu up soon because it is a favorite of ours and we had planned to eat dinner there the day we arrive. BUT if the menu is really different and not things we like we might need to rethink that.

Today on a couple of threads I have noticed that several people have mentioned tipping at this place. I had never really given it much thought and don't think I have ever tipped here. It's kind of like Pei Wei here at home and no one tips there. Now I'm worried that I've been a bad diner.:confused3

We've always tipped at WPE. They bring you your food and refill your drinks just like anywhere else. :confused3
