Disney Club email address?

I decided to sign up for the disney club because I could do so for only 29.95 using my company's chapter number. I want to club to get me discounted AP's ...which I can then use for a (hopefully) resort discount! Well, I pulled my Disney Credit Card statement up online & I was charged the entire 39.95. Anyone know the email address of Disney Club? I like to email so that I have written proof of conversations, you know?

Would it be more efficient if you talk to a CM on the phone regarding this error? That CM may be able to adjust the rate for you immediately.
