Just checked out the link and it looks good! Post what you think when you finish. I'm gonna check the local library.

Is this the one Julie was talking about on the podcast?

I read this book. I liked it. It wasn't Great Literature and it was a little clumsy in the transition from "good and kind" to "evil" and it has a little bit of the same problems I had with Wicked (continuity) going on...but to a lesser extent. IF you're a Disney/Snow White fan, it's worth a read. IMO, anyway.
It's more short story than novel, really. Won't suck up much of your life even if you don't like it.
eta: I didn't listen to the podcast where Julie may or may not have discussed it, so am not trying to agree or disagree with anything she might (or might not) have said. It's just my opinion. Don't yell at me if I disagree with Julie, please. :) :)

On this week's podcast? How weird I don't remember hearing it. I was just looking up a Disney book on Amazon and this one popped up as another choice. Weird.
I love reading "the other side of the story" type books.

My daughter picked this book up a few weeks ago. I think she is trying to read another Harry Potter book before she reads that one. Maybe I should read it first!
