Is the current Captain of the Magic Captain Henry? If not, who is? We are sailing on 8/3 and just wanted to know who would be Captain.

On May 11 it was Capt. Henry. I don't know how long their contracts run though.

On the 7/6 cruise it was also Captain Henry.

On the July 6th cruise, Captain Henri conducted the vow renewal for my DW and I.

Captian HEnry is still the captian of the magic. Robin, the bingo king, told us that he was going to be switching ships with Captian Tom I believe it was either Aug. or Oct.

It was lovely speaking to you too! I am glad you enjoyed the ceremony - we were thinking of you on Thursday. We enjoyed the cruise so much that we booked onboard for the same cruise next year - tried to keep it a surprise but Mary Jo and other cast members let the cat out of the bag!!
My mum cannot believe what nice people we meet because of these boards - I keep trying to use them as the excuse for her to use my computer but she is terrified she breaks it!

:D Just got back from the July 20-27 western cruise and Captain Henry was the Captain. I just happened to meet him in the stairwell and he took the time to ask how I was enjoying the cruise. Seems like a very nice fellow :D

Can someone tell Who the Captain and the Cruise Director of the Wonder are. I will be going on Aug 22,02. Also now that Iam having the late seating for dinner 7:45, is there going to be anything I will be missing I see fro some navigator there are things going on at 7:45 and things that start at 8pm. Like walk the plank but I did not know if I was even going to go to it is the 1st place. It will just be me and DM. Also it looks like the only time to meet the Captain is Friday's at 7;30 right after the Welcome Party.It does look like Iam going to miss alot. Or are these little things that are mostley for families with kids. Thanks for you help

We just sailed on the 4-night Wonder July 28th. The captain's first name is John (sorry, do not know last name). The cruise director is Rick. We went to the Castaway Club captain's party on the last night, Wednesday evening. It was at 5:15pm, just prior to our dinner seating at 6:00pm. They served drinks and snacks - it was very nice. We spoke with an assistant captain, who was the chief of staff. He confirmed that they do read these boards, to see what us customers are saying! They hinted of future cruises tied to Disneyland, sailing out of California.
