We are thinking of a last minut weekend trip. Expedia has a studio rate of $110/night. Would a cash ressie be less than that?
Is the pool heated?
Thanks!!

We are arriving the following week and got a 40% off AP rate of $117 per night for a 2 bedroom. There is also a 40% off Disney Visa card offer (code PB7). We decided to save the points and pay cash since the cash rate was so low.

Have you checked the weather forecast? Looks like over the next 10 days or so highs will mostly be in the 50's. Even with a heated pool I think that would be too cold to swim.

$110/night was rack rate for a studio at that time of year in 2008. So MC rate would probably be less (unless rack rates have increased 25% there in 2 yezrs, which I doubt). In late 2009, we paid about $66 with the Disney Visa rate of 40% off. Since late November rates are the same as February, that means rack rates were about $115 in 2009. So I'll bet you can do better than $110/night. Although it seems too cold to swim, I've seen nuts in the pool when the air temp was in the 30s.

Thanks guys! Do I call MS to book with the AP discount? Are there characters and other Disney like things to do?
