Wondering if you could help me with these questions so I can finalise our places to eat so I can book them tomorrow.

Will our free dinner vouchers cover lunch at the Sunday Brunch.

I am thinking it might be a nice break as we leave Sunday evening, to leave the park and spend time with the characters before heading back to the park for a little while and then leaving to catch the Eurostar.

A special request from Cullen (4) is there anywhere we can have Mickey Mouse Waffles?

How does the following sound

Arrival Thursday:

Lunch on Eurostar
Dinner: Parkside Diner - Hotel New York

If I book dinner for 6.15 and the park closes at 6.00 is it a mad rush to leave and really crowded so that we would be late if we left at closing?

Friday:

Lunch in the park
Dinner Anettes

I understand I cannot book Anettes, so if the park closes at 6.00 should we be there by about 5.30 to avoid waiting for ages?

Saturday:
Lunch in park
Dinner, Cafe Mickey

Sunday:
Lunch - Steakhouse Brunch
Dinner - In park

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Kirsten

If you want to stay until the park closes i think you need to book for after 6.30 as it is nice to linger in the park for a while as its closing and have a slow walk back through the village

You are right you cant book for annettes and it does get busy when the park closes as its the first restaurant people come to in the village

Im not sure about the vouchers for the brunch as some people have had difficulty in the past using them (not the free ones) due to alcohol being included in the price

What time do the shops themselves stay open until in the Village?

The Village shops etc are open until very late in the evening, certainly until after 10.30pm.

We're just back from Hotel New York.

We had originally decided to have dinner in Cafe Mickey on the first night, the Parkside Diner on the second night and Annette's on the third night. However, after having dinner in the Parkside Diner on the second night we decided to return to this restaurant the following evening as the quality of the food and ambiance in the Parkside Diner was so much better than either Cafe Mickey or Annette's. The Parkside Diner is a really lovely restaurant with an excellent buffet whereas the others are fast food restaurants.

Thank you very much for your comments, I am glad you liked it. We are looking forward to trying it out. But we also want to try Cafe Mickey for the characters more than anything else.

I am going on Sunday and when I made my reservations for meals I was told Cafe Mickey is closed all that week. You might want to check its open when you are there. I was told The Steakhouse is having characters all week instead.

Thank you, I was going to try and ring to book tonight after I got the kids off to bed hopefully it will have reopened otherwise I will have to rethink our character meal.

I haven't ever seen Mickey Waffles, hope it isn't something I am missing. However, lovely Mickey Brioche with chocolate in them. MMMMMMmmmmmmmmm
