Monday 4th January '10 ~ High 53 ~ Sunny

I woke up this morning with a banging headache :sick: and I felt much worse than I did after our New Year's Eve antics, and then I realised that although we hadn't drank as much as NYE, we hadn't eaten since 11ish the previous day

Thankfully we all had a lie in today as Becky wanted to go shopping

Around 11am we got in the car and drove to Festival Bay where Bek bought a couple of t-shirts from Hot Topic and Paul got a long sleeved top in Ron Jon's

After Festival Bay we popped into the China Jade on I-Drive as we fancied a Chinese buffet for lunch. We hadn't been here for a few years, and I doubt we'll be in any hurry to go back as we weren't impressed with the food at all

Once back at the Pop, we had a lazy afternoon at the resort. Paul & I wandered around the Pop taking photos and then found a warm spot by the big pool. Now don't be fooled by these photos, I may only be in shorts and strappy top, but you won't see my granny cardigan that I whipped off at the last moment while Paul took a quick photo. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, but there was a chilly wind too

In the evening Becky spent some time with Kerry and Bex, and they went off to play in the arcade, so me & Paul went to the Magic Kingdom to take some photos of the Wishes fireworks

When we got back to the Pop, we had a late dinner, but no Captain Mai Tai's as Petals pool bar was 'closed due to inclement weather' :eek::eek: so we just had an early night

Shame about the meal. when we did the world in January one year I was not expecting it to be as cold as it was. Yep the sun shines... but 'my oh my' do ya need that woolie!

Shame about your headache.Thanks for POP pics-we can't wait to stay here next year :banana:.Your fireworks pics are great-i am still yet to see the fireworks-but fingers are doubly crossed for next years arrival-the plan is too see them on Chloe's birthday when we change from Quality Inn Plaza to POP-as we will not be getting to MK until late afternoon.x.
