It shouldn't surprise me, but it's the first time I've seen it. When paying my Disney Visa I clicked on the current offers and saw they are offering Vero Beach and Hilton Head at 40% off for stays through March.

Discover a magical getaway with something for everyone
Enjoy 40%* off select room rates at two great Disney destinations.

As a Disney Rewards® Visa® Cardmember, you can escape to Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort in South Carolina, or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort in Vero Beach, Florida, and save 40% off stays most nights January 31, 2010 through March 20, 2010, in a variety of accommodations from studios up to two bedrooms.

Make your stay more magical and enjoy a huge array of Resort amenities and recreational activities located nearby, both on land and on the water:

I have seen this before. Now if the discount was for the summer months, then I would raise an eyebrow.

HHI is pretty chilly now through March, and it appears VB is having some beach closings for a few months

How does the discount work? I have a disney visa but I wouldn't want to use it to book or pay for the room. I preferr to use my debit card for that.

There is code you have to mention. You don't have to pay with the Disney Visa.

There might be a requirement that you use your Disney Visa card to get the discount. Read the fine print on the offer. Good luck I hope you can just use a discount code.

I've got my fingers crossed that they'll offer this in the fall again. The weekend before Thanksgiving last year, we ended up only paying $66/night for a studio. Can't beat that price!
