.......credit card key chain thingie is BROKEN!!!:( I ordered it
Tuesday from Nutztogo, and was so excited when it arrived today! Only 3 days!! :D But as I was trying to enter my trip date into it, the middle little button thing that you press fell INSIDE the counter!! I'm so disappointed! I guess I'll have to send it back, but I won't be able to get to the post office until next Tuesday! :( :( :(

I didnt order the right thing...and didnt realize that i pressed the wrong button....they were fantastic about fixing the problem...

I just wanted to say that I had my key chain countdown clock for weeks and love mine!! 91 more days until disney....I am sure they will replace it if you send it back....

Just an add on to my earlier post.
My clock arrived today,and all is well,have set it up to countdown.
By the way its 46 days 2 hrs and 53,52,51,49,48,47,46 seconds........................................... .................................................. ................................!!!!!!;)

CDoobee it happens sometimes even when you buy something locally..
I bought the keychain one and the larger desk model and I havn't had any problems with either of them..I found them very nice to deal with and got my products promptly..Let us know how you make out..:Pinkbounc

Well, I got a response today after just emailing them yesterday! They are sending me another one and I don't even need to send the broken one back!! They said they will ship it out tomorrow!
