christmas tree on main street

I completely forgot about this, but I wanted to ask you guys something.
Those of you who went to DLP for christmas.

Did you notice that part of the lights on the christmas tree on Main Street didn't turn on after the Fantillusion parade?
It looked like someone forgot to turn the switch on. I saw it several times and found it very strange.

yeah i have loads of pics where half of the tree isnt lighting. at first i thought it was my camera but i have it on different days so it cant be lol
