Found these by accident today. They are really good. I bought a box of the ones with bits of strawberry and a small amount of yogurt type frosting on top. They are 90 calories and equal to 1 carb. They are also available in blueberry.:)

We have them in our area, but I have not tried them yet.

Id like to try those Ill look for them!! Better tehn skipping breakfiest!! (Or eating birthday cake!! lol ;) )

They were giving some away at my son's soccer tournament a few weeks ago. I really liked them and took some on our trip to WDW. I haven't checked to see if they are in the grocery store yet.
