When you book a reservation for BBB is payment required then or are they just wanting info to hold your reservation? When is the best time of day to go to the BBB at the castle?

not required but a credit card number is required. Have cash, btw, if you want to tip the Fairy Godmother doing the work.

The best time depends on the circumstances. Some schedule BBB before park opening to get the experience of the empty park. In addition then some have the breakfast right afterward. We shot for two hours before our lunch ADR at CRT. That gave at least an hour for our daughter to go out with her dress and her hairdo before we ate. The dress came off right after lunch. (It was about 95 degrees.)
