Dining plan and kids food sensitivities question

My kids have food sensitivities to dyes, MSG, nitrates, nitrites, and phosphates. Most of the traditional kid food offerings have these in them. So, what am I to do? Will they accomodate and if so, how will they for both TS and CS meals?

I'd agree with kaytieeldr, the DISAbilities Forum has the most information on registering with Disney regarding special diets.
