Connections PHP, are these correct?

I noticed on mousesavers that he price for a 4 day hopper with one plus is teh same as teh disney club 4 day hopper without th eplus. Is this correct? If so I will skip the DC and go with connections- also does the "plus" include Disney Quest?

The plus options are only for the water parks, Pleasure Island and Disney's Wide World of Sports. DisneyQuest is not included.
