Hi,
For those who have used or are using ADH, did your wedding cake pp cost count towards your per person minimum. I'm having a dinner so I know I must spend $125pp, hoping the cake pp cost can be included in that. In the literature I have it states the cake cost cannot count towards the ADH minimum of $5,000 which is fine(I'll be plenty over that) but when I read the pp minumum of $125 it states that cake "may be included.):confused3

I'm using ADH, I'm not 100% sure, but I think what your saying is accurate. The actual cake does not count towards ADH's minimum, but the pp cake cutting fee does count towards the $125pp minimum you must spend. I hope this is accurate!

Yes, that is correct. Any food you pay for on the day of the event - cake, dinner, cocktails - goes toward DFTW's per-person minimum. But cake doesn't count toward venue-specific minimums (like ADH's $5,000 minimum) unless the venue is the Grand Floridian (because that's where the cake is made).
