Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me how busy Disney Land Paris tends to be during this period?
I'm just curious as to how long rides would generally take, and I am having images of 1 hour ques for everything!

The weekend before (31st May) is a bank holiday, or are you referring to a bank holiday in France?

The two sites I checked both said May 24th was Whit Monday in France, can't see how the Irish one would have a huge impact

So maybe June 5th won't be as bad???:confused3
I know it is a Saturday but we only have 2 1/2 days in Paris. The first day we arrive at 5pm, so we will head to our hotel (I think we will be staying at The Dream Castle) to drop off our bags and then head into Paris for dinner. The second day we will head into Paris and see as much as possible. On the 3rd day we will go to Disneyland Paris for the day. I tried to talk my hubby into going to Disneyland on Friday and do Paris on Saturday but he said no way--Paris sites come before Disneyland.

The week of 31st May (UK bank holiday) through to 6th June is English schools May half term week here - so it won't be the quietest time in the parks.

I've never been to DLP during this school holiday time though, so can't tell you how much planning, queueing etc you'll expect then. Hopefully someone who has been at that time before will be able to chip in with some information.

Its got nothing to do with whit monday, its just the june bank holiday wkend happens every year, the first wkend in june in france and ireland and possibly other european countries i dont know. The reason i mentioned this is because i would think that it would be busy in dlp during any of frances public holidays.

Hi,

the French have Whit Monday as a public holiday - this is on the 24th May this year (our Spring bank holiday is on the 31st...).

For a full list of French public holidays and most school holidays for 2010 see:

Oh, and lots of kids have Wed pm off, so the parks are busier on a Wed... and Sat/Sun obviously.... We went in May spring break in 06 - it was great!! Weather fantastic, crowds lightish...
