dvc dcl discounts

If you are a dvc member and sailed on a dcl cruise, you'll get a points discount for rebooking onboard or within 3 days of disembarkation.

I know the discount applies for the 1st 2 passengers, does the points discount apply to the 3rd/4th passengers? Thanks.
